An evolving plan for evolving needs

With every crisis comes change, and senior living communities have certainly seen their share over the past 2 years. Optum responded with a care model that centers on the patient, bringing proactive care with a human touch directly into senior communities.

Within the care model is an IESNP, or Institutional-Equivalent Special Needs Plan. This plan is available to individuals who live in the community but require an institutional level of care.
